PBL Mixed Offerings (Project Based Learning)

**PLEASE NOTE: Many of our community partners do not have their fall schdules posted yet. You will need to contact them directly to find out when schedules will be posted and their registration opens.
For Programs with Mixed Offerings, you may choose from their offerings and in some cases choose 1 PBL class in one area to cover their blended classes. Please read the descriptions carefully.
Artios - Grand Haven. Artios is art, Artios is heart, Artios is smart! For more information on curriculum click the Artios link above and choose the Grand Haven location. Hamilton will pay a large portion of the required Academy Rotation to cover the elective portion of the rotation. Fees not included. For additional electives, choose a 2nd option PBL for Artios, and we will pay for up to 3 additional electives. Please note Anatomy, Biology, Algebra, Writing Lab, Science, and Government are considered core classes and not eligible for payments through the Hamilton partnership. Crossway Community Homeschool Partnership, in S.E. Grand Rapids was formed for local homeschool families to have a safe and affordable place for children to learn, create and just have fun with some other kids! This is a drop-off program for 6-11 year old students. Classes take place on Thursday mornings and include a block with Spanish, Choir and Art. Hamilton students will choose and be responsible for one PBL with mixed offerings, where they will be able to choose their PBL project in one of those three areas. Four Square - Byron Center. Four Square meets on Monday mornings. They offer a block style schedule including Art, Music and PE and more. Their classes are inspired by Charlotte Mason for our students that are grades K - 9th Grade. We will cover all electives at Four Square and it will be reflected as 1 Project Based Learning class on your schedule.
Koinonia - Rockford. Koinonia is an organization, the purpose of which is to assist parents in their decision to home educate their children. We try and achieve this by encouraging supportive relationships between home schooling parents, helping children to build friendships with other home schooled children and providing academic classes for elementary through high school age students. Classes are administered by qualified tutors. Up to 2 elective classes will be covered per PBL. Please see the flyer for more information.
