Apps to Download - When you are feeling like you’re not your best when it comes to mental health and emotional well being, but not quite ready to take the leap and call a counselor, there are some apps that can help fill that gap. Although we are not recommending that an app takes the place of talking to a counselor, we do recognize that sometimes you need something to help start that process. Here are some apps that can help.
Wellness Classroom - As your trusted source for all things wellness, we have created a "one stop shop" for various mental health/social emotional supports to encourage wellbeing. You will find supports including how to identify and regulate emotions, cope, get better sleep, and implement self care. We also have included the "why" behind these tools so you feel confident when making decisions about improving your wellness, based on the tools and strategies you choose for your lifestyle.
