All HCS elementary schools and Hamilton Middle School awarded as some of the top schools in Michigan

Hamilton Community Schools is celebrating a remarkable achievement as all district elementary and middle schools have been named among the best in Michigan by U.S. News & World Report! The rankings, released Thursday, showcase the academic excellence of Blue Star Elementary, Bentheim Elementary, Hamilton Elementary and Hamilton Middle School, underscoring their commitment to student success.

The 2025 Best Elementary and Middle Schools rankings are calculated based on student proficiencies and performance in mathematics and reading, as measured by state assessment tests. This distinction highlights the dedication and hard work of Hamilton’s students, staff and families in maintaining a strong culture of learning and achievement.
