A special Friday delivery brought familiar faces and plenty of smiles to Hamilton High School as students in Mrs. Sale’s and Mrs. Lesh’s middle school life skills classes visited eighth grade teachers.

With eighth grade temporarily located at the high school during the ongoing roof project at Hamilton Middle School, students have found a new way to stay connected. Their usual coffee shop deliveries have become monthly breakfast box deliveries to the teachers they miss seeing at HMS.

The visits offer more than breakfast and treats—they give students and teachers a chance to reconnect, catch up, and share a few happy moments together.

“Thank you so much. You have made my day,” one teacher shared during the delivery.

Other teachers eagerly welcomed students into their classrooms, introducing them to their classes and enjoying the reunion.

"The teachers love seeing the students again, everyone has big smiles and we're all excited," Mrs. Lesh added.

A simple delivery became a meaningful reminder that being in different buildings doesn’t keep the Hawkeye family from staying connected.
