ABC Night 2026 recognizes 140 Hamilton High School students for Academic Achievement

Hamilton Community Schools: District Hamilton High School Featured

Hamilton Community Schools hosted another memorable ABC Night (Academics, Basketball, Community) at Hamilton High School on Friday, February 6, bringing students, families, and the community together for an evening filled with celebration, competition, and Hawkeye pride.

The night began with a pair of Unified Basketball games that set the tone for the evening. The Hamilton Middle School Unified Basketball Team kicked things off by taking on the Hamilton Middle School staff, followed by the Hamilton High School Unified Basketball Team facing off against Hamilton High School staff. These games showcased inclusion, sportsmanship, and pure joy, and were met with loud cheers from a packed gym.

Varsity basketball action followed, with the Hamilton Girls Varsity Basketball Team competing against Spring Lake High School, and the night wrapped up with the Hamilton Boys Varsity Basketball Team also taking on Spring Lake.

Throughout the evening, fans enjoyed poster signings with the Unified, Varsity Girls, and Varsity Boys basketball teams, balloon twisters, and plenty of opportunities to connect as a school community.

One of the highlights of the night was the recognition of 140 Hamilton High School students for their academic achievement, reinforcing the importance of hard work in the classroom alongside success on the court.
