Hamilton Community Schools is excited to welcome Madalyne Dekkinga as its new secretary at Sandyview Learning Center! Madalyne is already bringing a warm smile and positive energy to the school community.
Madalyne, who is married to Hamilton School Resource Officer John Dekkinga, is currently pursuing a degree in early education with aspirations to one day teach third or fourth grade. Her role at Sandyview provides invaluable experience as she works toward her goal of becoming an educator.
"I hope to make everyone who enters Sandyview feel welcomed and appreciated," Madalyne shared. "Whether it’s a student starting their day, a parent stopping by, or a staff member in need of support, I want to make their experience as positive as possible."
Her commitment to fostering a cheerful environment is already making an impact. Colleagues and families alike are already noticing her enthusiasm and dedication to her work and we are happy to have her at HCS!
