The Hamilton softball program made history on Saturday, June 3 with the program's first district championship since 1997. The Hawkeyes defeated South Haven, 6-4 behind Kyra Kleinheksel's 3-RBI double to help Hamilton pull in front.
Akron signee and senior pitcher Madie Jamrog helped shut the door to give the Hawkeyes the win as they advance to the regional semifinals to take on Wayland on Saturday, June 10 at 10:00 AM at Berrien Springs High School.
