Hello!

My name is Danielle Orr. I am excited to start my new role as a Kindergarten Teacher at Sandyview Elementary this coming school year.

I recently graduated from Hope College with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education (K-5) and Special Education, Learning Disabilities (K-12). I grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana, but I fell in love with the West Michigan area. I was able to experience working in multiple settings and school districts throughout my time as a Hope student. The close-knit community I saw within Hamilton drew me to this position along with my interest in working with younger students.

In my free time, I love spending time with my friends, family, and dog. I also enjoy traveling as much as possible. I am thrilled for the opportunity to work in an amazing school district and more specifically, to work at Sandyview.

I am most excited about the opportunity to meet each of my students and to form meaningful relationships with them. I look forward to working with you and your student this coming year.
