Hamilton High School senior Shayna Kragt continues to learn from kindergarten teachers, Brooke Spyke and Sue Nykamp at Hamilton Elementary through the 'Teaching Practices' class at HHS.
Not only is Kragt learning for her future, she is also making an impact on the young Hawkeyes simply by being in the classroom every afternoon as a role model.
The opportunity to get into the classroom has given Shayna the confidence to study education in college next fall.
"I am so grateful for this experience; it has helped me for the future and advancing me for what I want to do."
