For every day of the week, Mr. Duane Bosma has something to engage his students at Hamilton Middle School. From 'Motivation Monday' to 'Tough Thursday' and now, for the first time, he's introducing 'Workout Wednesday'.

The concept is to get the students out of their seats for one minute to do exercises during the hour long class period. Mr. Bosma introduces three different workouts, which the class does together for 20 seconds each and also has a 'Version B' for each exercise for those wishing to stay less active.
