The online application is a step-by-step process that allows applicants to save their work and return to it at their convenience. The term "Support Staff" is very broad, as it covers the following positions: instructional aide, bus driver, food service, mechanic, life guard, maintenance, custodial, and all administrative assistant positions.
Those who wish to apply for positions but do not have Internet access may apply at the Hamilton Community Schools Administration Building, 4815 136th Avenue. Online applications may also be completed at any of our elementary schools.

Forms & Information
Employment Eligibilty Verification Form (I-9)-This form is required by the federal government for all new hires.
Federal Withholding Form (W-4) -This form is required of all new hires and can be updated by current employees as they wish to change their federal income tax withholding.
Flex Plan Administrator (125/FSA, 105/HRA)-Third Party Administrator for handling flexible spending accounts for daycare and medical supplies/services as well as the medical reimbursement account for deductible coverage.
Michigan Withholding Form (W-4)-This form is required of all new hires and can be updated by current employees as they wish to change their state income tax withholding.
Office of Retirement Services (MPSERS)-Website for information on retirement pension and benefits.
TSA 403b Information-If you wish to make a change to your current 403b deduction or if you wish to see current companies who participate

Our regular office hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
Non school day hours: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
